    Job description

    We’re a UK cleaning company and we’re hiring a Service Sales Executive to help customers choose the right services and secure bookings efficiently.

    The Role:
    You’ll guide customers through their options, handle incoming leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage and convert customer leads.

    • Recommend suitable cleaning services.

    • Keep detailed CRM records.

    • Meet and exceed monthly targets.

    • Support customers throughout the booking process.

    What We Offer:

    • R8,000 base + commission (earn up to R25,000/month).

    Job requirements

    1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct service sales with proven performance.

    2. Professional and articulate English communication, both spoken and written.

    3. Able to work independently in a remote role.

    4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

    5. Maintains composure under pressure and manages rejection calmly.

    6. Successful track record in phone-based sales, consistently hitting targets.

    7. Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    8. Experienced in CRM systems for managing leads and customer interactions.

    9. Skilled at negotiation and resolving client issues effectively.
