    Job description

    We’re a UK-based cleaning company providing Residential and End of Tenancy cleaning. We’re hiring a motivated Sales Executive to help us grow our bookings and client network.

    The Role:
    You’ll manage incoming leads, explain service options, and secure bookings while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact and convert warm leads into bookings.

    • Build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

    • Manage CRM records and track performance.

    • Consistently meet or exceed targets.

    What We Offer:

    • R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).

    • Fully remote role with support from management.

    • 40 days paid annual leave.

    Job requirements

    1. At least 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales with a proven performance history.

    2. Professional and clear English communication skills.

    3. Able to work independently in a fully remote role.

    4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

    5. Calm and resilient under pressure, able to handle rejection.

    6. Proven success in phone-based sales, consistently meeting targets.

    7. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    8. Experienced in CRM systems for managing leads and sales.

    9. Skilled in negotiation and effectively resolving client issues.
