    Job description

    About Us:
    We’re a UK-based cleaning company, and we’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Executive to join our growing remote team and help expand our customer base.

    The Role:
    You’ll engage warm leads, identify client needs, and turn opportunities into confirmed bookings while maintaining strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact and convert warm leads provided by the company.

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

    • Present tailored cleaning service options to match client requirements.

    • Manage all customer interactions in the CRM system.

    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

    What We Offer:

    • R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).

    • 40 days paid annual leave.

    • Fully remote role.

    Job requirements

    • At least 2 years’ experience in direct or telesales with a proven record of achieving targets.

    • Professional, clear, and confident English communication, both verbal and written.

    • Able to manage tasks independently in a fully remote environment.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and find solutions.

    • Maintains composure under pressure, handling rejection calmly.

    • Demonstrated success in phone-based sales, consistently meeting KPIs.

    • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Experience with CRM systems for lead tracking and customer management.

    • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
