    Job description

    We’re looking for a skilled Sales Conversion Specialist who thrives on closing deals and delivering excellent customer service.

    The Role:
    You’ll manage incoming leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into confirmed bookings while ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Convert warm leads into successful sales.

    • Understand customer needs and recommend ideal services.

    • Maintain accurate records in CRM.

    • Work closely with operations to confirm bookings.

    • Consistently achieve monthly conversion targets.

    What We Offer:

    • Base pay R8,000 + commission (OTE R25,000/month).

    Job requirements

    1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales with a history of strong performance.

    2. Excellent spoken and written English, maintaining a professional tone.

    3. Self-motivated and capable of working remotely without supervision.

    4. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving capabilities.

    5. Able to stay calm under pressure and handle client objections effectively.

    6. Proven track record of converting leads via phone calls and achieving targets.

    7. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    8. Experienced in using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines.

    9. Skilled at negotiation and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
