    Job description

    We’re a growing UK cleaning company looking for an enthusiastic Remote Sales Consultant to join our distributed team and drive client acquisition.

    The Role:
    You’ll connect with warm leads remotely, discuss cleaning solutions, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle warm leads from digital campaigns.

    • Convert customer interest into bookings.

    • Keep CRM records updated.

    • Provide top-quality customer support throughout the process.

    • Achieve personal and team sales goals.

    What We Offer:

    • R8,000 base + commission (OTE R25,000/month).

    • Work remotely.

    • 40 days paid leave annually.

    Job requirements

    1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales, direct sales, or remote sales roles.

    2. Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.

    3. Able to work independently in a remote environment.

    4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

    5. Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection professionally.

    6. Track record of consistently achieving phone-based sales targets.

    7. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    8. Experienced in CRM systems to track and manage leads.

    9. Skilled at negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
