We deliver impactful digital solutions across Web Design & Development, E-commerce, Mobile Applications, CRM systems, and Managed IT Services, including around-the-clock hosting and helpdesk support. The Role
We’re on the lookout for a well-rounded and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the charge on a portfolio of long-term client accounts. This client-facing role will oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of a range of digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics. You’ll thrive in a team-oriented environment and be confident in managing client relationships and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Strategy: Serve as the primary contact for clients, translating their business goals into tailored digital marketing strategies.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to enhance site performance and search visibility.

  • Content & Social Media: Oversee content calendars, develop engaging multimedia content, and manage social media publishing and engagement.

  • Email & CRM Automation: Design targeted email campaigns and automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.

  • Performance Analysis: Deliver regular reports and insights using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Job requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a management position, leading teams within a digital marketing or agency environment

  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

  • Proficient in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and performance reporting.

  • Experience using WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.

  • Competency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Solid understanding of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or the ability to liaise with developers on web projects.
