The Role
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and adaptable Head of Marketing to oversee a portfolio of long-standing, high-value clients. This client-facing position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and has a strong track record of shaping and executing high-performance digital marketing strategies.

You’ll need in-depth expertise in SEO, paid advertising (PPC), social media strategy, content development, and marketing analytics. We’re seeking someone who’s both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader — confident in managing client expectations, guiding internal teams, and driving campaign optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Strategic Planning: Lead client communications, ensuring marketing strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.

  • Digital Campaign Leadership: Develop and oversee multi-platform advertising initiatives, adjusting tactics based on performance indicators like ROAS, CTR, and conversions.

  • Search & Site Optimization: Execute SEO strategies and partner with developers to enhance site functionality, speed, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Content Direction & Social Presence: Guide content creation and distribution across digital channels, maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign data using tools like GA4 and Tag Manager, translating findings into actionable improvements.

  • Team Collaboration & Delivery: Coordinate with design, development, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing efforts.

Job requirements

  • At least 5 - 7 years of proven managerial experience working in a digital agency environment, with a strong client-facing focus.

  • In-depth understanding of SEO principles, Google Ads, and paid social media channels.

  • Skilled in interpreting marketing data, analytics, and producing clear performance reports.

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent.

  • Comfortable using design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to support campaign visuals.

  • Knowledgeable in email marketing platforms and CRM systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with excellent presentation and time-management skills.

  • A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript — or the ability to effectively collaborate with web developers on technical projects.
