Job description

A UK-based digital agency is seeking a Finance & Administrative Officer to join its remote team from Ghana. In this role, you’ll assist with key financial processes and administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end reporting.

  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

  • Manage data and reports in Excel and accounting systems.

  • Upload and track documents in shared systems.

  • Provide general admin support to assist the UK finance and operations team.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: R6,500 - R8,000 per month (based on experience)

  • 40 days of paid leave annually

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration.

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial documentation.

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Familiarity with Xero or similar software is a plus.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.

  • Strong communication skills and reliability in remote work environments.
