    What You’ll Be Doing
    You’ll be the glue that holds cross-functional projects together — leading designers, developers, marketers, and clients through every stage of delivery.

    Here’s what your day-to-day might include:

    • Turning business needs into actionable project plans and timelines

    • Coordinating with remote teams

    • Spotting roadblocks before they happen — and clearing the path forward

    • Managing budgets, deadlines, and expectations with ease

    • Keeping everyone in the loop with clear, regular communication

    Job requirements

    • 3–5 years’ experience delivering digital projects in an agency setting (mandatory)

    • Proven track record managing website builds and digital campaigns end-to-end

    • Strong grasp of digital channels (CMS, eCommerce, SEO, paid media, UX/UI)

    • Confident client communicator with experience in account or client success roles

    • Skilled at planning, budgeting, and keeping projects on track

    • Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused

    • Excellent English communication skills

    • Understanding of digital product workflows and technical delivery
