Step into a pivotal remote role as our Company Administrator, where you’ll drive day-to-day efficiency across teams, support business operations, and be the backbone of our organisation.

Job description

As our Company Administrator, you are the glue that holds everything together. From coordinating schedules to maintaining clear lines of communication, your role is all about supporting people and processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for client communications, the organiser of information, and the backbone of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, format, and distribute meeting minutes promptly and accurately.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Maintain and update records across platforms, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.

  • Support cross-functional projects, coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.

  • Provide administrative assistance across departments, handling scheduling, document preparation, and information management.

  • Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

  • Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems to streamline processes.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: R6,500 – R8,000 per month (depending on experience)

  • 40 days of paid leave per year

  • Fully remote position

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or operations support role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is a strong advantage

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Highly organised and dependable, with strong time management skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines

  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset

  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation

  • Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a suitable home working setup
