    Job description

    As a growing UK cleaning company, we’re looking for a results-driven Business Growth Executive to help expand our reach and client base.

    The Role:
    You’ll focus on business development through lead conversion, customer engagement, and partnership opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and convert warm inbound leads.

    • Identify new business opportunities and referral channels.

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

    • Track and report on sales performance.

    What We Offer:

    • Base salary of R8,000 + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).

    • 40 days paid leave annually.

    Job requirements

    1. At least 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or telesales, with a track record of success.

    2. Clear and professional English communication skills, written and verbal.

    3. Capable of working remotely and independently.

    4. Strong interpersonal skills, able to resolve challenges creatively.

    5. Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection gracefully.

    6. Demonstrated history of achieving phone-based sales targets.

    7. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    8. Familiar with CRM software for tracking leads and managing client data.

    9. Skilled negotiator, able to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently.
