Job description

Join a UK-based digital agency as an Admin & Finance Assistant supporting a global remote team. This role suits someone organised, detail-driven, and eager to gain hands-on experience with finance and operations in an international company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep financial data and records accurate and up to date.

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts.

  • Assist with basic bank reconciliations.

  • Upload supplier bills and handle follow-ups on unpaid invoices.

  • Verify expense reports and organise documents.

  • Use Excel to manage and track financial data.

  • Maintain digital files and provide admin support to the team.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: R6,500 - R8,000 per month (based on experience)

  • 40 days paid annual leave

Job requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, or administration.

  • Understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.

  • Experience using Xero or similar software (preferred).

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively from home.

  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
