Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Operations Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while providing essential administrative support across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities:
Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes promptly.
Manage phone calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism.
Maintain and update data across various systems with precision.
Assist different departments with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Identify areas where support is required and take initiative to streamline processes.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and shifting priorities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 08:30 AM – 17:00 PM (UK Time)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: R6,500 - R8,000 per month (based on experience)
40 days of paid leave annually
100% remote position

Job requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous
Highly reliable and organized
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and processes
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Must have own laptop and stable internet connection and facilities to work from home.
