Job description
We’re a UK cleaning company that focuses on Residential and end-of-tenancy services. We’re looking for a driven Account Sales Executive to join our remote team and help turn enquiries into loyal clients during our busiest days.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take warm leads and turn them into confirmed bookings.
Build genuine connections with clients and keep them engaged throughout the process.
Listen to customer needs and suggest the right cleaning solution.
Keep track of all client interactions in the CRM.
Hit your sales targets consistently and help the business grow.
When You’ll Work:
Weekend-focused role covering shifts from either Saturday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Sunday, depending on demand.
What We Offer:
Earnings up to R25,000/month (R8,000 base + uncapped commission).
40 days paid leave per year.
Fully remote role with a supportive, friendly team.

Job requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, direct sales, or account management.
Confident, professional English (spoken and written).
Able to work independently from home.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
Calm under pressure and able to handle rejection positively.
Own device (laptop/computer), with a dependable fibre or wi-fi connection of at least 20mbps.
